About the role

The Group P&C Administrator is responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality administrative support across all People & Culture functions for both Group and Site. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliant, data-driven HR practices, enabling seamless onboarding, employee life cycle support, and delivery of cyclical P&C processes. It is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone with HR training and a passion for building a strong foundation in mining and corporate HR.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for all P&C processes across Group and Site
Onboard new employees via ERROLL (SAP SuccessFactors) and coordinate pre-boarding with sites
Generate employment contracts and letters related to changes in employment terms
Support cyclical activities such as bonus programs, performance and development, remuneration reviews, and talent & succession planning
Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee and P&C master data (end-to-end ERROLL processing)
Ensure proper documentation and records management, including digital personnel files
Deliver timely, error-free reporting to support data-led decision making
Maintain the P&C calendar to reflect upcoming key activities and milestones
Uphold governance and compliance across HR systems, practices, and procedures
Seek continuous improvement in all areas of accountability
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
Commit to health, safety, security, and Evolution Mining’s values

About you

You are a motivated, detail-oriented and service-focused professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality support and is looking to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced People & Culture environment.

Ideally, you bring with you:
A qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (desirable only)
Prior experience in a P&C administrative role or a similar corporate support function
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
