About The Role
Join BOQ’s Business Health Credit team and play a key role in supporting our customers.
As Senior Manager, you’ll assess, structure, and make credit decisions for businesses across medical, dental, pharmacy, and allied health sectors.
You’ll partner closely with Business Bankers to assess and approve tailored credit submissions, maintain portfolio quality through regular reviews, and ensure documentation meets approval and compliance standards. You’ll also mentor colleagues and contribute to a strong, collaborative credit culture through forums and cross-team engagement.
About You
You bring solid experience in commercial credit, ideally within healthcare or specialised lending. Skilled in financial analysis and structuring, you understand complex business needs and create solutions that balance risk and growth. Your strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills make you a trusted advisor and effective partner in delivering great client outcomes.
