Are you passionate about optimising HR systems and making a real impact through technology? We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to join our ICT team. This is a permanent role.


In this key role, you’ll support, configure, and enhance HRIS platforms including SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals), Strato, and WorkforceX. You'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams—driving system performance, enhancing user experience, and enabling data-driven decision making.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the SuccessFactors systems specialist, supporting Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Performance modules
  • Provide system administration, user support, and configuration services across HRIS platforms
  • Manage Service Desk tickets, triage user requests, and ensure timely resolution/escalation
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and background jobs; recommend improvements
  • Partner with business users, SMEs, and vendors to drive functional outcomes and system enhancements
  • Lead and support HR system upgrades, patch management, and release coordination
  • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business goals
  • Provide training, governance, and user documentation to improve adoption and operations
  • Analyse system data to support reporting, decision making, and business process improvement
  • Act as an SME on projects, driving innovation and continuous improvement in HR technologies.



Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central (certification preferred)
  • Functional knowledge of Strato, WorkforceX, and integrated HR systems
  • Strong understanding of database design, configuration, and system architecture
  • Experience in business analysis, product and release management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to manage change, adoption, and user support in a complex organisational environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
  • Other SuccessFactors module certifications (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, LMS) are highly regarded.
