Reporting to the Creative Director, the Traffic Manager will be responsible for supporting and the effective delivery of creative video and design services. You will support the team through ensuring incoming jobs have been briefed correctly, and then prioritising and allocating briefs based on requisite skills and capacity of the team, while providing creative input where required. This is a 6 month secondment opportunity to cover Parental Leave.

What you'll do

  • Manage operations and activities with the Creative Studio team to ensure timely delivery of quality, on brand assets. Understanding studio resources and workload to schedule work effectively and deliver projects on time.
  • Help to develop strategic efficiencies surrounding studio operations
  • Manage a range of internal and external stakeholders to balance competing priorities and commercial outcomes
  • Balance studio resources and workload to schedule work effectively and deliver multiple, simultaneous projects on time
  • Follow-up on outstanding briefs ensuring projects stay on track
  • Effectively communicate project status across both internal and external teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Support delivery of training to ensure effective understanding of the Creative Studio process across internal teams
  • Build productive relationships, championing design throughout the organization.


What you'll bring

  • Experience in a Production Coordination, Traffic or Project Management role
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Excellent time and people management skills, and administrative ability
  • Demonstrated experience working with graphic and motion design teams.
  • Excellent understanding of activities and operations of an in-house marketing department
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Practical experience with workflow management software.
