About The Role
As the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and visitors, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional front desk experience.
Your Main Duties Will Include
- Full time role working in a brand-new office in North Sydney

- Will suit someone with experience working on reception in a corporate office

As the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and visitors, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional front desk experience.
Your Main Duties Will Include
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
- Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Managing staff diaries and booking appointments, including site meetings and internal catch-ups
- Coordinating meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are set up and ready for use
- Providing general administrative support to the wider office as needed
- Previous experience in a receptionist or admin support role (construction or related industry a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A team-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
