The Strategy & Corporate Affairs (S&CA) Domain will be accountable for protecting and promoting the Fund's reputation and for setting and pursuing strategies to transform the Fund and the system in which we operate.
Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy, the purpose of this role is to:
- Lead the end-to-end development of functional level strategies and key strategic initiatives, from hypothesis generation to executive engagement.
- Frame and solve complex strategic problems across the enterprise of key business areas.
- Develop high-quality deliverables including Board and Executive papers, strategic reviews, and investment cases.
- Support annual and long-term business planning processes as required to achieve the Fund's long-term strategic objectives.
- Be the trusted advisor to key business units and senior stakeholders.
What you'll need
- 6+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting in services industry, or an in-house strategy role. Financial services experience preferable.
- Strategy development experience.
- An ownership mindset, driving outcomes with limited direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a polished executive presence.
- Ability to shift between big-picture and detail with ease.
- Comfort in challenging assumptions and navigating ambiguous problems.
- Curiosity, pragmatism and an ability to get traction quickly in complex organisations.
- Superior analytical capability and structured problem-solving skills.
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint skills.
- A tertiary qualification, preferably in commerce, business or finance.
