A leading global investment bank is seeking a high-performing Associate I to join its Sydney-based team, focusing on General Industrials. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside senior bankers on high-profile M&A transactions across a broad range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute buy-side and sell-side advisory mandates, including end-to-end deal management on mid-market transactions
• Build and review complex financial models to support valuations and strategic options
• Oversee analyst workflow, ensuring the delivery of high-quality output and mentoring junior team members
• Collaborate closely with Associate Directors and Partners across cross-border and domestic deals
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in investment banking, ideally gained at a bulge bracket or top-tier boutique advisory firm
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and contribute to live deal execution
• Commercial acumen and a collaborative, team-first mindset
