Installers - Signage / Graphics/ Window Tinters

The Organisation:

• Paragon Films, a member of MotorOne Group, specialists in window tinting, signage and graphics.
• 8-year long-term project to install Vinyl Wrap & Decals to a series of brand-new locomotives & carriages being introduced to the WA train system.
• Based in the Midland area within the rail yards.
• Applying wrap film to mainly flat areas (on trains) working in a team of 2 to meet monthly targets with some overtime available.

About the role:

• Install vinyl film on windows and signage (on trains) to a high standard.
• Ensure precise measurements, cuts, and placements for a flawless finish.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.

About you:

• Exceptional work ethic - Reliable/Consistent.
• Installation experience -signage, graphics or similar role.
• Exposure to vinyl film/ decal application tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills/ positive and friendly attitude.
• Neat appearance
• Strong attention to detail.

Note: The successful applicant MUST agree to ongoing random onsite Drug & Alcohol testing, hold a current Driver's Licence and complete a National Police Check.
