Team X is Omnicom's integrated worldwide agency team for Mercedes-Benz. We are looking for a freelance Social Content Coordinator to support our team over June.

Core Responsibilities


  • Build and manage content calendars, including refinement, cropping, filing and scheduling across all channels
  • Create social copy, asset selection, and in app story design for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Work directly with client to manage and implement feedback
  • Manage reporting alongside our dedicated insights team
  • Provide on-site support for content production opportunities where required


Content and Social Management


  • Manage organic posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Stories
  • Build out retailer decks with copy and assets, incorporating client feedback
  • Support the development and creation of Facebook ads, working alongside the wider team
  • Upload YouTube content to our channels for both paid and organic campaigns
  • Create shortened links for rollouts and as requested by the client


Reporting


  • Collaborate with the insights team to deliver monthly reports
  • Support global campaign and product launch reporting, incorporating relevant data, highlighting key performance, and refining based on feedback


Tools and Platforms


  • Ideally confident using Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Experienced with content scheduling tools such as Later
  • Comfortable using project management platforms such as Asana and Trello
