We have a new opportunity for a Senior HR Manager to join the global HR team on a 2-year fixed term contract, working 3 days per week (no set days). The role can be based in any of our AUS working regions - Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, or Sydney.
The role of the Senior HR Manager (Projects) is to provide expert and strategic guidance across a range of Human Resources areas and to own and support the management and delivery of relevant People projects. This role involves a deep understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including local and global HR teams and relevant business leaders.
Tertiary qualified, you are a seasoned HR professional who can resolve complex HR issues, and can build strong, effective working relationships across the board. This role will see you: manage the performance review, talent review, development planning frameworks and processes globally; support with the global remuneration and rewards framework and processes; work closely with the Remuneration & Benefits Specialist to manage the Total Rewards offerings and benefits; provide leadership to the Talent Acquisition team; oversee provider management and lead a range of National & Global People strategy initiatives.
We are looking for someone who can operate at a strategic and operational level with a flexible / innovative approach to problems and opportunities. Working as part of a cross functional team, including a virtual team, other important skills you bring will include HR policy and procedure development, the ability to influence others, strong analytical/problem solving skills (with experience in resolving complex HR issues), project management skills and knowledge of (and demonstrated commitment to) the principles and practices of employment equity, ethical conduct and workplace health and safety.
