We are working with a global enterprise software leader seeking an experienced Senior ITSM Technical Consultant to join their high performing Professional Services team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across large-scale, high impact digital transformation projects. You’ll be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge solutions for major clients across industries from design and architecture to implementation and technical leadership.
About the Role
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you’ll provide expert consulting services to both external customers and internal stakeholders. Your role will involve delivering end-to-end technology solutions that align with customer business needs, offering technical leadership, and building long-lasting relationships based on trust and delivery excellence.
You’ll also contribute to internal innovation, shape technical strategies, and play a key part in pre-sales activities. Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms will be highly regarded, as many client projects are focused on service management, workflow automation, and systems integration.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Deliver enterprise software solutions aligned with customer requirements and technical design specifications
• Lead or contribute to integration activities within client engagements, particularly around ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Support the development and planning of complex solution architectures
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on technical planning, scoping, and delivery
• Participate in pre-sales engagements and support proposal development
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, solution enhancement, and innovation
• Create high-quality documentation including technical designs, statements of work, and customer-facing materials
What You Bring
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar technical consulting or solution architecture role
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms (e.g., BMC Remedy, Salesforce, Cherwell, etc.)
• Proven ability to lead technical engagements and influence client outcomes
• Strong consulting skills, able to question, listen, develop ideas, and build rapport
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments with cross-functional teams
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
You must hold a current NV1 AGSVA security clearance to be eligible for this role. Candidates without this clearance cannot be considered due to the nature of the work.
