As the Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, retirement villages, allied health providers, and community stakeholders. You will represent the organisation in key forums and networks and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities Include
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with external partners, including hospitals, GPs, allied health professionals, and community organisations
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth strategies
- Promote our services to potential referrers and stakeholders through regular engagement, presentations, and events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between service offerings and client needs
- Maintain accurate records of engagement activities and outcomes
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to inform strategic planning

- Tertiary qualification in business related field or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in health, aged care, or community services
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop rapport and build trust with a wide range of stakeholders
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed
