About The Role

You’ll be responsible for demand planning, production coordination and inventory management across Pinnacle Drinks portfolio in retail, hotel, and Langton’s channels, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:
- Drive and maintain service levels through effective planning and execution of inventory, forecast accuracy, OBSL, DIFOT, and working capital targets.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators, ensuring timely data capture, record keeping, and visibility for internal stakeholders.
- Communicate supply risks, constraints, and resolutions clearly and promptly to internal and external stakeholders, including during seasonal peaks, promotions, and planned downtime.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to continuously improve service levels and mitigate recurring issues.
- Collaborate with logistics providers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and domestic transport partners to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Work closely with Commercial teams to build and maintain the consensus forecast within Blue Yonder or relevant demand planning tools.
- Align short, mid, and long-term volume plans with supply capabilities, capacity constraints, and commercial priorities.
- Contribute insights to monthly S&OP cycle meetings, including business performance commentary, risk and opportunity escalation, and value-added analysis to support decision making.
- Manage new product launches and product deletions to minimise inventory risk, support availability, and align with working capital objectives.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, Retail, and Sourcing teams to ensure visibility across the end-to-end supply chain.
- Support effective communication and alignment including scenario planning to manage uncertainty and change.
- Collaborate with suppliers and co-manufacturers to ensure continuous supply reliability and alignment with inventory policies.
- Create and maintain standardised internal process documentation and planning controls to ensure consistency and auditability.
Now Let’s Talk About You
- 3+ years’ experience of supply/demand planning with FMCG experience
- Experience collaborating with 3PLs, co-manufacturers, and cross-functional partners across a complex network
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- A problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
- Demonstrated ability to build effective stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in Blue Yonder, D365 & SAP will be well regarded
