About The Role

Reporting to the Property Operations Manager, the Property Systems Administrator will provide system and process improvement support to the Property Department to ensure that property management and systems management functions are completed in an accurate and efficient manner.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Assisting with the property systems support of all leases, licences and berthing licence agreements for the Port of Melbourne portfolio, including:
• Providing systems support to the Property Relationship Managers in their day-to-day activities in managing their allocated portfolios.
• Work with the Property System vendor and IT to develop a training delivery plan for refresher training or new system functionality.
• Providing team support and assisting the Property Relationship Managers and the Property Operations Manager in the overall management of the supporting system in a timely and co-operative manner.
  
  

Ideally You Will Have

• Completed Tertiary qualifications or relevant technical experience relating to property management or a related field.
• Broad general knowledge of property management practices and procedures.
• An understanding of property outgoings and the recovery process.
• Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel (including using macros), Outlook and Crystal Reporting.
• An understanding and ability to utilise Property Management Software systems such as Progen
• An understanding and ability to interpret lease, licence and other legal documents.
• Possesses negotiation and problem solving skills, and the ability to manage projects end-to-end, with a proven track record of delivery against targets.
