Marketing Communications Manager

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Communications Manager plays a vital role in shaping integrated advertising campaigns that elevate brand preference and consideration. You will collaborate with an integrated loop team to steer the campaign development process, aligning campaigns with brand initiatives and discover innovative ways to amplify our brand's appeal. This role will also work closely with our key advertising, media, and PR agencies.

How you'll make an impact

• Drive the strategic campaign planning process end to end
• Lead and manage projects and communication briefs with agencies, businesses and stakeholders
• Deliver clear campaign post analysis and measurement in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Produce and execute automotive retail, product, service and accessories campaigns working together with our creative agency, media agency and in house creative service teams
• Manage the SP process with the sales planning team, keeping relevant stakeholders informed of campaign development process
• Support with management of integrated agency process, ensuring all elements are delivered on brief, on budget, on time

What you'll bring to Honda

• 7+ years of experience in marketing communications roles, ideally in an MNC or large creative agency
• Proven expertise in developing and managing advertising campaigns (TV, digital, instore/print, social)
• Strong understanding on digital communications and how to reach consumers through this channel
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning of campaigns, translating upstream marketing and insights into a campaign brief
• Experience with using insights and understanding to drive the behaviour of a target audience group
• Excellent time and project management skills and experience with running projects independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
