Churches of Christ is seeking a dedicated Care Manager to lead clinical care, oversee aged care teams, and ensure excellence in service delivery. This role is perfect for a compassionate and experienced nursing leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to resident well-being.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Clinical Leadership: Oversee and guide care teams, ensuring the highest standards of resident support and safety.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead Registered Nurses, care staff, allied health professionals, and volunteers to deliver exceptional care.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to aged care standards, regulatory requirements, and best clinical practices.
  • Resident-Centric Care: Monitor and improve care planning, documentation, and service outcomes.
  • Operational & Strategic Impact: Work closely with the Service Manager to drive continuous improvement and uphold the mission of Churches of Christ.

Essential

What You’ll Bring

  • Registered Nurse qualification (AHPRA registration required).
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in aged care or acute care.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing clinical teams.
  • Expertise in aged care quality frameworks, compliance, and care planning.
  • Passion for delivering person-centered care in a mission-driven setting.
  • Current driver’s licence.
  • Possess a current National Police Certificate, NDIS Workers Screening Check – or the ability to acquire.
  • Undergo a National Insolvency Check.

Desirable

  • Postgraduate qualification in Gerontology, Dementia, or Aged Care.
  • Experience using mobile devices to record and manage information.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.
