One of our own is heading off on the incredible journey of parenthood! While they’re off being amazing, we’ve decided it’s time to welcome more fabulous pinkies into the BelRose fold.

We’re on the hunt for People & Culture Officers to join our mighty team. One base in Hobart and the other can be located anywhere in Australia. The roles are permanent (because we believe in growing with good people) and flexible (because 95% of your work can be done from home). Occasional client visits will keep you just social enough.

What you’ll be doing to our team

You’ll play a big part in the day-to-day brilliance that makes The BelRose Group tick, helping with recruitment, scribing, HR admin, client comms, and whatever else comes our way. You’ll work alongside our Heads of Industrial and Employee Relations, Managing Director and other amazing BelRose celebrities, with plenty of awesome client contact and creative license to “jazz things up” (yes, that’s in the PD!).

What we’re looking for

We’re not fussy about your level—senior or early career, we just want someone who’s:

• Passionate about people and culture
• Organised and full of initiative
• A clear communicator with a good sense of humour
• Confident using MS Office (Word wizards, unite!)
• MUST have acute attention to detail
• Kind, respectful, honest, and big on attitude (the good kind)
