The Role
This is a newly created role due to expanding work volumes in our NBN program. As a Completions Coordinator, reporting to the Operations Support Manager, you will focus on compiling and managing subcontractor claims and documentation in a high-volume ticket work program.
- Collect and review As-Built documentation from field teams for client acceptance.
- Prepare BOMBOQs and analise trends in contractor claims.
- Document findings, track issues, and report on quality performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency gains.
- Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory approvals needed.
- This position can be based in either Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney
About You
- Proven experience in telecommunications quality assurance on ticket of work program.
- Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
