We’re working with a well-backed, fast-growing SaaS company expanding across Australia, the UK, and North America. Their software helps design and engineering consultancies run smarter projects – and they’re now looking for a proven sales leader to drive revenue in established international markets.
About The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the details – not someone who just builds strategy decks. You’ll lead a team of Account Executives across A/NZ and the UK, take ownership of ARR performance, and be right there in the deals, the CRM, and the coaching sessions.

You must be a Permanent Resident of Australia and currently living here. All applications are handled in confidence. This role is based in Sydney and requires the candidate to be in the office regularly on a hybrid schedule. No remote work/interstate applications will be considered.

About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of ARR targets across core regions
- Provide day-to-day coaching, deal support, and performance management for your team
- Track and improve key funnel metrics – conversion rates, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy
- Identify risks and gaps in the pipeline early and act fast to course-correct
- Set a high-performance culture where accountability and results are front and centre
- 5+ years in SaaS sales leadership, with experience leading B2B sales teams
- A history of beating revenue targets – you’ll need to show results
- Strong command of sales tools and metrics (HubSpot, Gong, dashboards, etc.)
- A leader who stays close to the team and leads by example
- Clear communicator, strong operator, and relentless on follow-through
