We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join our internal audit team. The ideal candidate will assist in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within the organization.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join our internal audit team. The ideal candidate will assist in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Results, Forecasting & Reporting:
- Plan, execute, and report on internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan.
- Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Identify control gaps, weaknesses, and areas of improvement; provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports for management, highlighting key risks and proposed mitigations.
- Communicate audit outcomes in a clear, business-friendly manner to non-financial stakeholders.
- Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure proper implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and associated risks.
- Assist in the development and updating of internal audit methodologies and procedures.
- Support external audits and regulatory examinations as required.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.
- CPA/CA qualification or in the process of completion
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in internal or external audit, with minimum 3 years of internal audit, risk, or compliance experience.
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO).
- Experience with audit tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High ethical standards and attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise, coordinate, and manage tasks
- Ability to adapt to rapid change in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- A self-starter with a hands-on approach in dealing with day-to-day supporting operations in a fast-paced office environment
- Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations
- Problem-solving mindset with business acumen.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to understand processes in depth.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
