The Role
Responsibilities
As a FP&A Analyst, you’ll report to the Senior Manager – FP&A and Reporting and play a key role in capital reporting, financial modelling, and process improvement. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with key stakeholders to provide capital reporting, analysis, and insights.
- Developing and maintaining long-term capital strategy plans (5-year strategy) and financial models.
- Supporting capital governance, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Preparing and reviewing monthly capital reports and financial presentations.
- Engaging with stakeholders to drive performance improvement initiatives.
We’re Looking For Someone With
- 3+ years of experience in a financial, commercial, or capital analyst role.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- CPA/CA qualification with a solid understanding of Australian Accounting Standards.
- Experience in a Big 4 chartered environment is highly regarded - 1st movers encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- SAP experience in FP&A, reporting, and financial controls is a plus.
