You will be joining a leading national insurance company as a Senior Legal Counsel focusing on the development of the team, commercial insurance matters and strategic decision-making. About The Company

Responsibilities include:

• Lead a team of legal professionals providing end-to-end legal support to commercial insurance operations
• Translate complex legal concepts into clear, commercially-minded advice that supports product, distribution, claims, and operational teams
• Ensure timely and accurate legal input in support of strategic initiatives, risk mitigation, and customer outcomes
• Work cross-functionally with compliance, regulatory, and business units to deliver aligned outcomes
• Drive a culture of integrity, diversity, and performance excellence
  
  

About You

You have:

• Minimum 8PQE with relevant legal qualifications and current practising certificate
• Strong background in commercial insurance law and regulatory matters
• Demonstrated experience in front-end and/or back-end matters within commercial insurance
