As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be instrumental in building high-performing teams across corporate functions, including Marketing, Finance, Product Development, E-commerce, Supply Chain, and more. You will be a true business partner, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their strategic objectives and deliver exceptional talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of head office roles, from initial brief to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn and industry networks
- Business Partnering: Build strong, credible relationships with hiring managers, providing expert advice on talent acquisition best practices, market trends, and candidate assessment.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, reflecting their brand values.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to strengthening the employer brand and value proposition, showcasing them as an employer of choice.
- Data & Insights: Utilise recruitment data and metrics to inform strategies, identify areas for improvement, and report on key performance indicators.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, talent landscapes, and competitor activities within the corporate sectors.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a dedicated Talent Acquisition role, ideally within the premium retail, or FMCG sectors. Experience recruiting for head office functions including senior roles is essential.
- Demonstrable success in sourcing and securing highly sought-after passive candidates.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
- A strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and assessment tools.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for premium brands and an appreciation for company values.
