You will support the Social & Campaigns Marketing Manager to grow and scale Mosh's owned channels by executing a content strategy that inspires Australians to take action on their health. You'll help drive engagement across Mosh and Moshy brands, manage content production, and champion creative campaigns - all with a focus on community-building, cross-brand storytelling and performance.


Key Responsibilities

Content Production and Execution:

  • Assist in the planning, concepting, production, and scheduling of organic content across Mosh’s social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Use digital video and image editing tools to plan, produce, and polish engaging content for social and digital platforms.
  • Stay on the pulse of trends, formats, and platform updates to inform content ideas and elevate execution.
  • Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera - must be able to self-shoot or direct others during content creation
  • Provide feedback to the Social & Campaigns Marketing Manager and contribute views and insights where required.


Community Management:

  • Monitor, review and engage with our community and followers daily through social management tools
  • Support customer content program initiatives by sourcing UGC, nurturing relationships, gaining usage rights and identifying opportunities to bring real customer stories to life through content
  • Ensure the brand tone of voice is consistent across all interactions and touchpoints.


Brand Growth and Cross Sell:

  • Support Marketing Manager on cross-sell initiatives across the Mosh brand ecosystem (Mosh, Moshy & The Healthy Mummy).
  • Stay across trends and industry movements to evolve our content strategy and spot new creative opportunities.


Marketing support

  • Collaborate with the team to bring campaigns to life - from initial brainstorm to execution - aligned with business goals.
  • Track growth - regularly report on social growth, engagement metrics, and community sentiment to guide strategy and performance.
  • Act as the voice of the community internally, surfacing user feedback, suggestions, and trends alongside the Social and Campaigns Marketing Manager, to the wider team.


Qualifications and/or Experience Required:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a content production/social media role
  • Excellent copywriting and captioning skills with sharp eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, or similar software. Any additional skills with photography, videography or illustration a bonus
  • A genuine passion and understanding for social media channels, digital storytelling and staying ahead of social platform trends.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to work across internal and external teams and stakeholders
  • Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure
