WHO WE ARE:

The Finance & Enterprise Performance team works with clients to tackle issues of importance to the Chief Financial Officer, principally in the development and implementation of new finance operating models, finance organisation strategies, treasury and risk management strategies, and development of new business insight and performance management capabilities. Our analysis, insight and recommendations enable our clients to achieve long-term transformation and growth.

This is your chance to work on significant Finance Transformation projects across Retail, Consumer and the Airline Industries.

THE WORK:


  • The Finance & Enterprise Performance team works with clients to tackle issues of importance to the Chief Financial Officer, principally in the development and implementation of new finance operating models, finance organisation strategies, treasury and risk management strategies, and development of new business insight and performance management capabilities. Our analysis, insight and recommendations enable our clients to achieve long-term transformation and growth.
  • Leading and building a high performing team, you will be working on significant Finance Transformation projects across Retail, Consumer and the Airline Industries.


  • HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:


  • Proven experience within a top tier consulting firm providing Finance Transformation services for clients
  • Track record improving financial management processes and implementation of transformational approaches to improve finance organisation efficiency (e.g. Shared Services, F&A Outsourcing, Order To Cash, Record to Report, FA Accounting, Procure to Pay, Working Capital Optimization, and Product Costing)
  • Proven history of working successfully with Finance leadership.
  • Prior experience in developing and delivering Finance related solutions across industry sectors in Australia
  • Ability to manage and solve complex business problems
  • An undergraduate degree is a necessity with qualifications in Finance highly regarded
  • Knowledge of the Australian Market
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
