Rental Operations Assistant

ORIX, a leader in rental and mobility solutions, is on the lookout for a reliable and detail-focused Automotive Warehouse Operations Assistant to support our fleet operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with all aspects of vehicle movement, minor repairs, and yard presentation - helping us keep our vehicles ready for the road and our operations running smoothly.

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU"LL DO:

• Ensure assets shine and are ready for hire in a timely manner.
• Handle minor repairs on vehicles and trailers, including changing mudflaps, fixing lights, and replacing bulbs.
• Debrand vehicles for auction.
• Manage vehicle collection and delivery, ensure yard presentation is always on point.
• Stay informed about all asset classes and equipment specifications across the ORIX Rental and Mobility fleet.
• Proactively identify any vehicle issues and ensure defects are reported promptly.
• Assist in all branch activities to keep things humming along.
  
  

What You Have

• A can-do attitude and genuine interest in working with vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Skills in carrying out 10-point asset safety checks.
• A keen eye for monitoring and reporting vehicle defects and servicing needs.
• Ability to lift manually in a safe manner and tackle minor asset repairs.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• A valid driver’s licence (HC or MC desireable!)
