In the role of Senior Consultant, Program Governance, you will join the Customer Experience Strategy team that’s doubling down on owning it.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Drive and maintain the program plan for NAB Customer Voices
  • Ensure the relevant workstreams (Inner Loops, Outer Loops, Platforms and Insights) are coordinated in what, when and how they deliver
  • Identify risks, issues and interdependencies across workstreams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure they are appropriately managed and mitigated
  • Ensure stakeholders (across the program, leadership and organisation) have appropriate communications about NAB Customer Voices

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in a PMO or project leadership role
  • Sound knowledge of banking and customer experience
  • Demonstrated customer ‘obsession’
  • Stakeholder management and ability to influence outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Tracking, measuring and continuous improvement of programs/delivery
  • Flexible and adaptable
