Randstad has partnered with a market leading Industrial materials company for Australia, in their search for a Senior Fleet Manager for their Victorian business.
Your New Role
As Senior Fleet Manager you will hold responsibility for a team of Supervisors and a large number of assets and drivers.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Benchmark performance of assets and talk to key performance metrics in maintenance
- Driving strategic improvement initiatives
- Asset utilisation, Fleet planning and service operations
- Oversee fleet management & driver relationships
- Contribute to key strategic initiatives
- Champion safety & compliance standards
- Lead a culture of care, collaboration, & ownership
- Monitoring fleet processes to ensure high standards of quality, efficiency and productivity
- Strong level of experience in Management of large industrial fleets (7 + years)
- Demonstrated leadership experience with people management skills
- Strong commercial and analytical ability
- Ability to positively influence productivity
