Who You Are

Are you a driven, people-focused sales professional with a passion for Human Capital Management (HCM) software? At Humanforce, we’re always looking for experienced Business Development Managers (BDMs) who know how to connect with enterprise customers, deliver value through consultative selling, and help shape the future of work.

What You Will Do

  • Drive enterprise sales of our full HCM suite across key verticals and territories.
  • Cultivate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic outreach and discovery.
  • Engage prospects via events, cold calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations aligned to customer goals.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead high-value negotiations.
  • Execute your sales plan with discipline, insight, and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and implementation teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience working in a SaaS software sales environment.
  • Can navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with confidence.
  • Know how to connect product value to customer pain points and business strategy.
  • Are a strong communicator, negotiator, and trusted partner to stakeholders.
  • Are data-literate, commercially savvy, and proactive in managing your territory.
  • Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring effective negotiation to successfully close deals.
  • Articulate and showcase the unique value of the Humanforce solution, aligning it with the business goals and interests of prospective customers.

Some 'nice to haves'

  • Experience in HCM solution sales (HR, WFM, Payroll, or related SaaS) is a huge plus!
