Strategy Analyst
As a Strategy Analyst, you will:
Collaborate with senior leaders to define and implement strategic initiatives that address key business challenges.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic recommendations.
Work on projects involving corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, growth strategies, and digital transformation.
Present insights and recommendations to clients, enabling them to make informed decisions and achieve their strategic goals.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking talented individuals in the early stages of their career who are passionate about solving complex problems and driving impactful change.
Successful candidates will:
Be a recent Grad or graduated no earlier than 2022 with a study discipline in Business/Commerce, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
May have 1-2 years’ relevant Strategy/Consulting Experience.
Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams.
Have a proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
Demonstrate leadership potential and a track record of academic and extracurricular achievements.
