Who You Are
As a Implementation Consultant, you'll play a critical role in implementing Humanforce software, working with customers to deliver solutions that drive operational success. You’ll engage directly with customers across the project lifecycle, from initial discovery and configuration through to testing, training and post-go-live support.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing position where you’ll lead workshops, design and configure solutions, and ensure strong stakeholder engagement. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, sales, product, engineering, and support teams to deliver high-quality implementations.

What You Will Do
- Define Project Scope: Establish clear project goals, understand client requirements, and develop comprehensive implementation plans.
- Empower Clients Through Training: Deliver engaging training sessions, provide practical resources, and ensure clients are supported throughout the onboarding journey.
- Create Tailored Solutions: Configure Humanforce’s platform to align with each client’s unique needs and operational workflows.
- Conduct Rigorous Testing: Perform thorough testing to validate solution functionality and ensure smooth system performance.
- Enable Seamless Integration: Collaborate with client IT teams and third-party vendors to integrate Humanforce with external systems.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Address issues proactively, resolve technical challenges, and offer continuous support to ensure client success.
- Build Strong Client Partnerships: Develop trusted relationships with clients, gather feedback, and contribute to long-term satisfaction and value realisation.
- Document and Communicate Progress: Maintain accurate documentation and provide clear, timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in consulting, professional services, or customer delivery roles, ideally within software or SaaS environments.
- Experience with WFM, HRIS or Talent (ATS) implementations.
- Background in implementing software solutions or delivering high-impact projects for clients.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex environments with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems.
- Experience designing and delivering training in a range of formats (in-person, virtual, and on-demand).
- Demonstrates strong learning agility, adaptability, and professional maturity.
- Proficient with business tools such as MS Office, CRM platforms, and project/task management systems.
- Skilled in managing diverse stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
