• Global Collaboration: Build trusted relationships across the global Hannover Re Group and with key external stakeholders

You come equipped with

• A completed academic degree, ideally with a business, finance, or actuarial focus
• A proven track record of success in executive leadership, preferably with board-level experience in reinsurance or Life & Health insurance
• In-depth knowledge of the reinsurance industry and a strong grasp of the Australian insurance market’s future trends and regulatory landscape
• Strategic vision and the ability to develop and execute innovative, profitable business strategies
• Strong expertise in corporate governance and performance management
• A visionary, strategic leadership practice that inspires and engages through strong communication, negotiation, analytical and organizational skills
• Fluent English language skills; additional languages are a plus
