What You Will Do
- Build and maintain scalable services and APIs that power our products
- Contribute to frontend components using modern frameworks
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code in a collaborative environment
- Participate in peer reviews and promote engineering best practices
- Help design solutions that are performant, reliable and user-focused
- Work in agile teams alongside product managers, designers, QA and other engineers
Tech stack:
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
- Backend: .NET Core (C#), Node.js
- Mobile: Native Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift)
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes
- Data & Observability: PostgreSQL, Redis, Datadog, New Relic
- Tooling: GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Slack
- Experience with one or more parts of our tech stack
- Customer-focused with ability to build great user experiences
- Able to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Continuous learning mindset and problem-solving skills
- Values quality, maintainability and technical excellence
- Experience with Workforce Management (WFM), HCM or Payroll software
