FIFO from Perth, WA
We’re recruiting a Shutdown Planner to support fixed plant maintenance activities at a gold processing site on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth. You’ll be responsible for coordinating shutdown work orders, aligning resources, and using SAP to scope and manage maintenance activities. This is a site-based role with strong backing from operational teams, offering the potential for up to 12 months of ongoing work.

- Plan and coordinate shutdown maintenance for fixed plant equipment
- Create, manage, and close out SAP work orders and task lists
- Align resources, parts, and labour to shutdown schedules
- Scope work in collaboration with site maintenance and reliability teams
- Update and validate job plans and documentation in SAP
- Monitor execution and support adjustment of schedules as required
- Contribute to shutdown reviews and improvement processes
- Proven experience planning shutdowns for fixed plant (gold or mineral processing highly regarded)
- Proficiency with SAP PM – including task lists, work orders, and scheduling
- Strong organisational and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Must have the right to work in Australia
