As demand for high-quality, affordable housing grows, we are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team selling newly built, turnkey homes. These are completed homes — not house-and-land packages — ready for immediate move-in.

We are looking for an “A” player — someone with a strong track record in real estate sales, a pragmatic attitude, and a passion for helping people find the right home.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing and converting qualified buyer enquiries
  • Conducting open inspections and private viewings
  • Guiding clients through the sales process from first visit to settlement
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and client communication
  • Collaborating with marketing and construction teams to ensure a smooth handover experience
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while upholding high customer satisfaction

As a motivated and driven self-starter, you will have the ability to work with minimal supervision while learning, adapting and thriving in a professional, fast-paced, and demanding environment.

Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, a successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Real estate sales experience is essential, with a track record of success
  • Deep understanding of the residential housing market in North, South and Hills growth corridors
  • A positive, 'can-do' attitude
  • Professional presentation
  • Focused, driven and motivated
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A high level of motivation and ability to think outside of the square
  • The ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential
  • Willing and available to work weekends and attend display homes.
