This role combines finance and administration, with tasks like reconciling accounts, managing invoices, coordinating supplier payments, and preparing financial reports—all crucial for keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process contract payments, ensuring compliance with the Security of Payment Act (SOPA).
  • Prepare and issue payment certificates, purchase orders, and variation letters.
  • Support end-of-month reporting, accruals, and contractor performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with suppliers and contractors to meet project milestones.
  • Maintain accurate records in SAP and other systems, adhering to NSW Government policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in payment processing, procurement, or contract administration.
  • Proficiency with SAP or similar financial systems.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A detail-oriented approach with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
