The Role:
To support the ongoing and sustainable growth that Rauland is facing, we are now looking for a proactive and innovative Business Partner to join our People & Culture team and drive performance, leadership, and development outcomes in the newly created position of Learning & Development Business Partner.
Reporting to the General Manager – People & Culture, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of developing all things Performance and Capability by working closely with leaders to identify capability needs and develop and embed frameworks that build a future-ready workforce, empower high-performing teams, and enable cultural transformation.
You’ll bring a strategic and commercial lens, strong stakeholder engagement, and a passion for creating impactful learning experiences that support business success.

How would you contribute to our success?
As our Capability & Performance Business Partner, you will:
- Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs and capability initiatives across the organisation
- Coach and enable leaders to build high-performing, engaged, and future-ready teams
- Define and track key performance metrics to identify opportunities for development and optimisation
- Embed talent and capability frameworks that support growth, adaptability, and cultural transformation
- Lead cross-functional people projects aligned to strategic business goals
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to drive initiatives that meet real business needs
- Champion the use of performance and learning platforms to drive adoption and value
- Support a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement across the workforce
What we are looking for | What will make your application stand out?
- Experience in workforce capability development, performance enablement, and leadership coaching
- Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver people initiatives from concept to evaluation
- Experience with performance and learning platforms, data tracking, and reporting
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders with a collaborative, outcomes-focused approach
- Commercial mindset, tech-savvy, and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field
- Accreditation in tools like DiSC, HOGAN, or other profiling tools (highly regarded)
