- Operate and navigate waste collection vehicles efficiently and safely
- Adhere to and promote workplace health and safety standards
- Execute waste collection duties on established long-term contracts
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and community members
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Valid HR licence (minimum requirement)
- HC licence (advantageous)
- Experience in waste industry (beneficial but not essential)
- Positive attitude and strong safety focus
- Willingness to undergo medical assessment and drug & alcohol testing
