Your role will involve creating engaging content, promoting the organisation's programmes, brand and values, and effectively communicating these offerings to potential students and their families.
As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's efforts to recruit and successfully onboard students. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop marketing strategies that enhance the family journey from exploration to graduation. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging digital content, managing the organisation's website, organising school events, executing online marketing campaigns, and developing lead generation strategies. You will also collaborate with the admissions team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and recruitment activities.
The ideal candidate for this Marketing and Communications Coordinator role will have a tertiary qualification or relevant experience in marketing or communications. You should have previous experience in marketing and recruitment, preferably within an educational institution. Strong digital marketing skills are essential for this role, including proficiency with social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also crucial. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a passion for education and commitment to the organisation's mission and values.
