We’re currently seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the onboarding experience for our frontline teams and contributing to improved employee engagement and retention.
About the Role:
As a Learning and Development Facilitator, you’ll play a key role in supporting employee experience and retention by delivering engaging, practical, and compliant induction programs. You will collaborate closely with our Learning & Development, Talent, and Operational teams to ensure new employees are equipped with the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed.
This role includes:
- Deliver a 5-day face-to-face induction program for new starters (with travel to Sydney, Newcastle, or Tamworth depending on your base)
Collaborate with Operations, Talent, and L&D teams to support new team members
Ensure TCI training meets accreditation standards and remains fit for purpose
Contribute to continuous improvement of learning materials and delivery
Provide real-time feedback and insights to help identify and support at-risk team members
What You’ll Bring:
TCI Trainer accreditation (or refresher within the last 12 months)
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or nearing completion)
Strong facilitation and group management skills
Willingness and flexibility to travel as required
A proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for learning
