Energy + Infrastructure

Our multi-disciplinary team includes experts in project development, project finance, regulatory frameworks, infrastructure, construction, operations, and corporate law. We bring deep, practical experience to some of Australia’s most significant energy and infrastructure projects.

We work across the full spectrum of renewables and storage initiatives, including wind, solar, battery, hydrogen and other emerging technologies. Our team is also active in delivering renewable energy zones and infrastructure developments, including social housing and healthcare facilities.

We advise a broad range of clients — from developers and equity investors to banks, contractors, and network operators — supporting them through the entire project lifecycle.

About you

You are a senior lawyer with 6+ years’ post-admission experience, seeking to take the lead on high-profile and complex energy and infrastructure matters.

In addition, you will have:

• Experience advising on front-end construction, major projects, infrastructure, or energy-related transactions
• A strong interest in or existing expertise across the energy and infrastructure sectors
• Outstanding drafting and advisory skills, with a high level of precision
• Superior analytical and commercial judgment
• The ability to develop strong client relationships and provide strategic, solutions-oriented advice
• Confidence working both independently and collaboratively in a high-performing team environment
