Job Description
Our client is a commercial HVAC & Fire specialist servicing high profile sites across Sydney. They are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with FPAS Fire Accreditations.
This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and industrial sites, carrying out both HVAC service work and fire safety testing.

This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and industrial sites, carrying out both HVAC service work and fire safety testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs
- Conduct fire safety inspections and testing to meet compliance requirements
- Sign off Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS)
- Work closely with the service team to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients
- HVAC trade qualifications (Cert III)
- Current FPAS Fire Safety measures (essential)
- Experience signing off AFSS statements
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical services, and fire systems
- Valid driver’s licence (company vehicle provided)
- Reliable, proactive approach with a focus on safety and quality
- Excellent salary (negotiable depending on experience & quals)
