What are we looking for?
Our National Abuse Law team in NSW is looking for passionate and experienced Lawyers looking to take the next steps in their legal career. The ideal candidate would have 2 years+ experience, however, we are open to consider all candidates with demonstrated experience in the field.
This rare and exciting opportunity is now available for proactive, passionate and results driven Lawyers who will specialise or are keen to specialise in abuse matters.
You will be working with some amazing likeminded individuals who are incredibly passionate about advocating for victims of abuse.
Our abuse lawyers and support staff assist clients who may have had to deal with sexual assaults or sexual abuse (including historical trauma such as childhood abuse).

- Instrumental in managing an Abuse practice and carry a file load.
- Preparing court documents and briefs to counsel.
- Attending, appearing, and instructing in litigated matters.
- Continually exploring new opportunities for your practice and developing new business.
- Maintaining strong client relationships.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management.
- Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously.
You will be a committed and enthusiastic individual who possesses the following
- Demonstrated experience in abuse law or public liability is ideal, however, we're open to candidates who have been practising in personal injury and have a genuine interest in the abuse law space.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
