About the role

The Operations Admin Support Coordinator provides support to the Operations team with routine and non-routine processes, focused on system governance and tactical execution of administrational activities.

We are looking for someone with experience working with SAP in an Operational focused role helping with administration. This role will be site based at our Penrith location working with our high performing operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP entries, production efficiency entry and review, crewing, pays and verification of materials used. Material and consumables ordering, problem solving and troubleshooting analysis. Assist with projects, assist with maintaining overtime budget spreadsheet. and review documentation.
  • Maintenance and Review of Operations systems - Manufacturing Control System (Ignition).
  • Work with the Manufacturing Managers to develop and maintain plans to ensure the operation is adequately resourced in line with annual operating plan budgets.
  • Generate and maintain reporting to support the achievement of Operations/Site targets and objectives.
  • Conducting toolbox talks and driving communications across the operations team. Develop and present training material, Toolbox Talks and business comms.


About you:

  • Strong manufacturing acumen and the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and preparation of detailed reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to perform the role with a high level of autonomy and decision-making ability.
  • Takes personal responsibility for implementing business processes and decisions.
  • Experience in SAP, Excel and Manufacturing Control Systems

Our Penrith site is located in Greater Western Sydney on the banks of the Nepean River and manufactures a range of more than 50 milk-based products. The site currently produces around 145 million litres of product every year! We proudly source milk from around 60 dairy farms across NSW and are passionate about supporting local products.
