ABOUT THE ROLE
We're on the search for a Business Partner to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Melbourne. We're looking for someone to partner with our senior leaders across their portfolios to deliver forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis. The role will play a critical part in supporting Cricket Australia's strategic and financial objectives and is a great opportunity for someone looking to work with a diverse portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll be responsible for:

• Monthly reporting, performance insights and analysis to understand and improve performance.
  

• Forecasting and budgeting, including developing annual budgets and detailed schedules to support.
  

• Contributing to the development and maintenance of an up-to-date Long Range Planning Model.
  

• Partnering with operational stakeholders to improve commercial outcomes and business guidance.
  

• Other ad-hoc financial duties required by the Head of Finance from time to time.
  

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance
  

• Minimum 3 years of analytical and business partnering experience
  

• Excellent communication and influencing skills
  

• Strong quantitative and analytical skillset and experience
  

• Strong commercial mindset and the ability to solve complex problems
  

• Well organised and the ability to achieve tight deadlines
  
  

• Ability to multitask and work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  

The following skills are not required, but will be highly regarded:

• Professional qualifications such as CAANZ or CPA
  

• Experience partnering with Technology teams
  

• Experience with TM1, Power BI and Cognos BI
