About the Role:
We’re building a new in-house advertising function—and we’re looking for a creative copywriter with bags of advertising experience to help shape it. You will partner closely with our external creative and media agencies and internal teams to craft best in class, results-driven creative campaigns. You’ll understand that your creativity doesn’t stop at advertising and bring you creative spark to all touchpoints in the brands ecosystem. You’ll bring sharp copy skills, a strong sense of tone, and a passion for creative work that works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal advertising efforts, bring ideas to the table and shaping messaging across all platforms to ensure clear, consistent, and compelling comms.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to develop and execute high-impact, creative campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Champion the enterprise Tone of Voice, ensuring it's applied consistently across all advertising and customer-facing content.
- Collaborate with our content teams to drive compelling sales focussed 1:1 comms
- Write and oversee engaging campaign copy across digital, print, and social channels, balancing creativity with performance goals.
- Use data and insights to evaluate creative effectiveness, refining messaging to improve engagement, conversion, and overall campaign performance.
- Mentor and guide a small creative team, supporting their development and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Drive creative thinking across the organisation, through more than advertising.
- Brings a strong foundation in advertising or internal creative roles, with experience leading teams in dynamic, matrixed environments.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Skilled writer who crafts clear, engaging, and purpose-driven content across multiple platforms.
- Comfortable using data and insights to inform and optimise creative solutions.
- Experienced collaborating with marketing, acquisition, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail and openness to feedback.
