Business Development Manager- Diagnostic EyeCare

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of cutting-edge diagnostic ophthalmic products within your assigned territory. Your focus will be on developing new client relationships, growing existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximise value
• Manage the full sales process—from prospecting and presentations to closing and after-sales support
• Deliver comprehensive product training to eye care professionals and practice teams
• Contribute to the company's goal of becoming a leading provider of ophthalmic devices and technology

Who You Are:

You’re not just a salesperson—you’re a trusted advisor who understands the unique challenges and goals of each client. You thrive on delivering customised solutions that truly make a difference in clinical outcomes and practice performance.

Previous experience in a Sales or Territory Management role within the ophthalmic or medical device industry will be highly regarded, especially if you’ve delivered results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
