About the Role:
As Senior Specialist – Brand & Marketing Insights, you’ll turn data into direction—translating brand and customer metrics into meaningful insights that inform strategy and drive performance. Working across product, and marketing channels, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable analysis that strengthens brand health, enhances customer experience, and identifies new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer, brand, and competitive data to uncover actionable insights that inform brand, product, commercial, and CX strategies.
- Lead reporting and presentation of Strategic NPS (sNPS), Brand Index, and market research findings to internal stakeholders.
- Plan, conduct, and synthesise quantitative research studies, turning complex data into clear and compelling insights.
- Track key brand health and customer interaction metrics, supporting marketing strategy and performance optimisation.
- Champion customer segmentation by delivering deep-dive analysis across acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior marketing, brand, and operations leaders to influence data-driven decision-making across the business.
- Proven experience as a quantitative researcher - including the ability to conduct qualitative analysis, facilitation, ideation and experience strategy.
- Experience managing Market Research and/ or VoC programs.
- Skilled in quantitative research and experienced in qualitative analysis, ideation, and experience strategy.
- Confident in managing Market Research and Voice of Customer (VoC) programs to deliver business-impacting insights.
- Proficient in using analytical tools and methodologies to extract and communicate meaningful insights.
- Strong stakeholder manager with a passion for using customer insights to drive exceptional experiences.
- Experienced in working with external vendors and presenting insights clearly to diverse audiences with precision and impact.
