Your Impact

Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred care across aged care, disability, and SEWB (social and emotional wellbeing) programs. Shape culturally safe service delivery and help grow community-focused support across the Kimberley.


About You

  • Tertiary qualified in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health or similar
  • 2–3+ years' leadership experience in aged care, disability or mental health
  • Experience working cross-culturally or in Aboriginal health highly regarded
  • Strategic, adaptable, and passionate about community wellbeing
