At JET Charge, we're powering Australia' transition to electric transport - building the infrastructure that will define how our cities move. Our Partner Store supports a growing network of electricians, developers, and commercial buyers delivering EV charging solutions across the country.

We're looking for a Wholesale Marketing Lead to own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Partner Store and lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across B2B and trade audiences. You’ll develop campaigns, shape messaging, manage agencies, and work cross-functionally with sales and product to drive revenue and brand trust.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a strategic hands-on marketing role. You will:

  • Define and execute marketing strategies to drive Partner Store revenue and growth,
  • Own audience segmentation, value propositions, and campaign planning across all major channels
  • Deliver and optimise multi-channel campaigns (SEO, paid, email, social, content, events, referral programs)
  • Manage agency and partner relationships while aligning internal stakeholders across sales, product, and ops
  • Lead initiatives that increase customer acquisition and reduce friction in the conversion funnel
  • Design retention, upsell, and referral programs to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value
  • Own and analyse performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, NPS, repeat purchase rates, and more
  • Create and distribute sales enablement content—playbooks, case studies, cheat sheets
  • Shape the wholesale brand voice and lead PR or trade marketing efforts
  • Run customer research and translate insights into campaign and product improvements

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in B2B, trade, or e-commerce marketing
  • Proven success building and executing GTM strategies end-to-end
  • Strong analytical skills—confident managing budgets, CAC, and performance metrics
  • Excellent project management and communication across internal and external teams
  • Hands-on ability to brief, QA, and execute campaigns—no ivory tower marketers
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Bonus: background in EV, energy, construction, tools, or adjacent sectors
